Icons going to a standard ? mark

Well I just downloaded object dock, and to start with, everytime I pull a new shortcut onto it, the icon goes to a standard ? mark, instead of retaining the normal icon, anyway to fix this other than finding a new icon for all of the 30 something things I want to put on here?

Are you pulling shortcuts from Windows Explorer, or the desktop? If the latter, try to pull them from the actual source in Windows Explorer, that should normally work.
