Help targeting demigods in frag-fest

I often have a hard time picking a demigod (or worse, demigods) out of a horde of creeps and creatures.  Is there a way to make them more visible, and/or target demigods more easily?  I hate wasting an attack on something else when I meant to hit a demigod with it.  I also hate suddenly being attacked by a demigod or deimigods that I didn't even see or know was there.

It happens to even the pros when you're fighting a rook in a mob of Giants and don't see the teleport symbol pop up. 

The easiest way is to enable the health bars for all friendly and enemy demigods (but no creeps/minions). I think it is 3 ~. I do it at the start of all my games, it helps.

Press control and an ability to target only Demigods.

I think it's said in your control configuration option panel.
