Mass Effect 2 Stops at 15% Downloaded

from Stardock Forums

Mass Effect 2 stops downloading @ 1.41 GB / 9.41 GB, at 15% Downloaded. The download errors out saying "Error: Unknown problem, download did not complete". I restarted the computer and download three times, and it stopped at the same point.


I can provide all the logs files you wish me to collect.

This was the error provided:

I don't know if it matters, but I bought Mass Effect 1 two months ago. I was never able to download it, even after talking with Stardock Support for over a month. Maybe they're connected, maybe not. I've been able to download other Stardock Games just fine though.

EDIT: Wow, Stardock posting just really screwed up. Sorry guys. It told me the forums crashed, I selected "go back in time", reposted... apparently it did work. Is Stardock really slow for anyone else, or is it just for me?
