My registration is not working!!!

Please help!

I have the original Sins and i play it all the time and i got entrenchment a while ago. I try to play entrenchment but an error message pops up saying reinstalling entrenchment might solve the problem. So i unistalled entrechment from the control pannel and now i go to imuplse to try to install it again. I click install it says your product is not registered so i go to try to re-register it i click the registration on the list and i click update registration and i tried to install it and the same message comes up. I even tried to make a new registration for it using the same registation code for entrenchment it said the registration was successful but when i try to install it it still never recognises the registration. What do i do??

Send an email to support@stardock.com with your serial numbers, and any email address you may have used and we'll try to get this sorted out.

ok i sent it with the same explanation i typed here on the post, they still havent got back to me. But what does it mean when they send me an autoresponse saying, "**This autoresponse was generated because your email contained one or more key terms related to Sins of a Solar Empire. If your email is not in reference to this game, please disregard this message**"

i guess it didnt matter, i still got an e-mail from support. He said the problem was both of the games where registered to two of my different e-mails so i had to merge them so i did. Problem solved!! Thanks for the help Rosco!
