Start menu, Explorer background corrupted texture (when searching)

on Windows 7 x64, WB 7.1.271

Hello, I am using the default UI0 Areo skin, with an applied texture and transperancy for quite some time now, using WB 7.01 x64. No problems, worked great. Now I upgraded to WB 7.1 and when I open my start menu in *any* different then default Aero setup (Color adapted, Texture applied), the start menu texture will go corrupt when i search. First one is how it is with default Aero, other ones with Texture/Color:
