Deskscapes wont open since update

When I try to open Deskscapes it appears in the taskbar but will not open. I am running Win 7 64 bit.

Are you sure it isn't offscreen?

Does it remain in the taskbar?

I just went and looked again and I am embarrased to say it was offscreen.
