Similar to a previous post, I purchased the ObjectDock 2 pre-release bundle have installed v1.9 and Impulse finally shows v2 available as an update, but I have no serial number for v2 to provide for registration to allow me to download it. Help?!
Uninstall 1.9 in Impulse. Check "show pre-release versions" in preferences and it should show up.
v2 already shows as an available update, but when I select "Install all updates", the progress dialog says "Error: The serial number you ahve entered is not recognized by Impulse". The only serial number I received was in my order confirmation e-mail for v1.9. Will uninstalling v1.9 fix this??

i checked the "Show pre-release versions" but 2.0 beta is still not showing up...please help!
It should be showing up on your My Software Tab at the bottom grayed out but showing available.

i even tried installing 1.90
should i uninstall 1.90 & retry?
With My Software Tab open click on View and make sure that non-installed applications are not hidden.
I installed version 2 without uninstalling 1.9 and everything works fine.

I had version 1.9 and purchased 2.0 beta. When It showed up under My Software Tab I just clicked on it and installed. Not sure why you can't.
i got it...somehow by unloading & reloading Impulse several times (7 or 8 times)
and sometimes i'm too lazy to swap accounts (i have 2 impluse accounts) so i just copy the SN to activate the softwares with the account i'm currently signed in with...don't know if that confuses Impulse's server or something
Okay, you very well may have identified the problem by having two Impulse accounts. It will take a Stardock rep to answer that.
If there is no real reason for having two accounts you may want to ask support to combine the accounts. Just a thought.

well the reason i have 2 accounts is because...i don't use my old e-mail anymore. i want to throw it away. the problem is gone so i think i'll just leave it as it is right now (unless 1 of the Stardock rep comes and help me combine the accounts )

You can do that yourself here - Transfer Registrations or you can send an email to support@stardock.com requesting which email will be your primary and which other email you wish to combine.
