I cant move, its alot harder to play

I just got Diplomacy off impuls, and the fist game i start i find out i cant move. Right now it is just down and right, up and left are working ok, are not working at all. is their a way to fix this it makes it hard to play with out zooming in and out all the time.

What do you mean, can't move?  Are you trying to pan with edge-scrolling with the mouse, or with keyboard shortcuts?  Do the ships not move when you give them commands?  Are you playing in windowed mode, or fullscreen?  The more details, the better!
