Oak + Shield + Lock

gg GPG for not making a counter against such douchebaggery tactics.   Players typical response is that it's ok to do this because everyone else does it when it comes to portal locking.  That is all for now.

lol.  You can't freeze him if he has lvl 3 shield Angro.  But ya, you can silence prior to shield and destroy him, and you can swap him near the end of his shield to keep him there.

Really tho... I'll bite I suppose.  You have to distract the oak and force him to make a mistake.  I.E. force him to teleport back to one of his portals to save it.  Force him to save a friend and then beat him back to your portal.

If he runs to the portal, shield / locks / ports out, then meet up with him early in the lane and force an early shield.  If he ports there, that's even easier, chase him all the way back.  If you can't beat back the Oak to accomplish that, that means you let him get too strong anyway and his tactics are just as useful as silence, mass charm / batswarm, grasp / lock, frost nova, etc.

After he tps out, that means you have 30 seconds to do whatever you want without him bothering you.

Have to play Sedna everytime someone decides to shield/lock as Oak?

Well from your stats, you really only play reg or DA, which is fine but your going to run into troubles late game with a well played oak or most generals since you don't have any real interrupt or stun (Swap is kinda an interrupt but eh)

When it comes to reg, in an even game, if it reaches late game your team is kinda screwed, since your trying to dominate early with ganks and upgrades to prevent it reaching that point. Also you can do little to stop anyone grabbing a port by yourself. (Esp against an oak).

Well played DA is a different story. However, I would suggest learning a general (which you rarely play from viewing your stats) with a stun/interrupt (sed, LE or Oak) to play if the other EQUALLY matched team has an oak and you have reason to believe it will come down to portals.

Best way tho is to distract them like Rawrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr (always forget how many god damn r's) said and to force the other team to play defensively.

This is like the 1 MAJOR redeeming quality of da.  I know he can kick ass in the right hands, but being able to punk a shield oak is priceless.
