What is CryptoUtilAX.dll ?

Hello, i've just preordered Elemental and installed Beta 1z. During installation my Firewall warned me about this file (CryptoUtilAX.dll) being added to auto start.

I was wondering what this file does? If i would have been installing a game that's crippeled by invasive DRMs, i would have guessed it's a DRM driver, but as far as i know, Elemental doesn't use invasive DRMs? Why does it need to register an auto-start entry? I must say i don't like to many  autostarts as i try hard to keep my OS as slim as possible.
