No Weather docklet in Add dialogue

I've searched for "weather" docklet issues and can't see this one so here goes.

I've just upgraded to the ObjectDock Plus 2 beta and everything seems normal except I can't add the weather docklet.  It's in the docklet folder by default as part of the install but it doesn't show-up on menu as a docklet to add?  I've copied and renamed the weather folder e.g. xweather but still no show.

 Does anybody have any ideas why this would be?I'm running Windows7 if that makes a difference.

Thanks (hopefully).

As a temporary fix, under your settings -> troubleshooting options, click the reset dock contents button to get it back. The developer has been informed of the problem.

Thanks Dewie.  I've now copy/pasted the Weather section from the reset dock .ini to my backed-up dock .ini to save recreating everything and I have weather again.

Cheers.

The warning dialog about saving/backing up the .ini file is kind of useless as it doesn't tell you which .ini file in which folder you need to save...

I backed up the five .ini files then closed Objectdock as is seems to write the ini files as a final action before exiting.  I then edited the CurrentTheme.ini and replaced a blank shortcut I had added with the following:

[Item(1-10)]
Type=Weather
UseMetric=0
FlyoutMode=3
Scale=100
Title=Weather Docklet... click to set up!
Image=.\docklets\weather\icons\na.png

and it works just fine. (NB: the Item number should be changed to your corresponding dock item your replacing)

I figured out my way of doing it using Simons directions.

Open configure objectdock plus 2

Select setting at top menu

Select trouble shooting options

Select open my object dock setting folder button

Click on current theme and it opens the current themes

Unload object dock now then go back to the current themes

Scroll down till you get to the blank shortcut definition

Copy the following below from Type= to the end

Delete the blank shortcut definition from the second line to the end

Paste the defintion you copies

Save

Exit

Restart objectdock plus 2 and it will come up with a weather docklet waiting to be updated
