ObjectDock minimizes when clicking "Show desktop" button

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of a problem. When I click the "Show desktop" icon on my Windows taskbar, it minimizes everything, including the ObjectDock. I am using Windows 7 Professional 32-bit.

ObjectDock Settings:

General > Miscellaneous Options > "Prevent Docks set to 'Always On Top' or 'Always on Bottom' from  hiding when WinKey+D is pressed. (Change may require restart)"

Positioning > Interaction: "Keep on bottom"

However, if I choose "Keep on top" under Positioning > Interaction, it does not minimize when I click the "Show desktop" icon on my Windows taskbar.

I don't want the dock to be on top all the time.. Could anyone please help me?

The "Show Desktop" windows feature actually just has windows paint the desktop over everything. It doesn't actually minimize anything here. Try using Win+M instead and you should have better success.

When I have the ObjectDock set as "KeepOn Top" it does not minimize when I click the "Show Desktop" button. I'm much more accustomed to clicking the "Show Desktop" button, and would like to know if there's any way around it...
