[bug?]can't move down/right

Just updated to 1.01 with diplomacy, and I've hit a weird bug. I can use the up and left cursor keys to scroll the map. but the right/down arrows seem to be tempromental. My home planet is in the bottom right corner of a huge (multi) galaxy, and I don't seem to be able to properly scroll right near my planets but I can mousewheel zoom around, as well as pan as normal.

The only reason I can think for this happening is because the game thinks the edge of the map is in a different place, so won't let me scroll down past that edge? I'm not sure.

This isn't unique to 1.01, it's happened to me once or twice, again with the same situation that my planets were in the dead corner of the map. Only happens in that area, too; once you start expanding out a bit things smooth out just fine again. Unfortunately, I can't offer many constructive suggestions for you, just think of it as a little extra encouragement for an aggressive early expansion. ;)
