HELP!

I just installed the patch for Diplomacy and now it doesn't work! Any one else have this problem. I am running VISTA.

Ok, I just checked. It doesn't want to load any saved games any more. It works if I start a new game. Odd?

Saved games will not work after updating...... :/   But chin up you get a patch update and it makes the headache of starting your long term game all over even better :)

no not odd...patches are supposed to invalidate saved games

Read the patch notes? this is underlined in it. They can't make it any clearer can they?? A neon sign in your front yard perhaps? :D Just so ya know though, every patch for sins does this, so next time you will know to delete those save games first, or finish them then patch up.

 

NOTE: THIS UPDATE WILL INVALIDATE YOUR EXISTING SAVE GAMES AND REPLAYS.

Dragoaskani, I didn't get the neon sign because I have stardock's impulse update my files - and I can never find the patch notes on there....or am I missing something..
