How do I download it again?
Stardock has changed its download system to Impulse. I already paid for Gal Civ II and all the expansions. How do I download again?
Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

iirc, my stardock central login worked on both; either that, or I put my keys into Impulse to associate them with my Impulse account. I do recall that I didn't need any outside assistance - at that time, which *was* a transitory period, so that may have changed.
If neither of those work, I would e-mail them at their direct support e-mail address (these forums are more for other-user support). They have always gotten back to me within a few days when I had issues such as a changed e-mail address. Seems like I had an issue similar to this once where I had something associated under a different e-mail address and I needed it moved, and they did that for me, too.
The SDC and Impulse accounts are exactly the same (well, from a user's standpoint). I see GalCiv2 and the expansions in the account you're posting from, so you should have no trouble accessing them if you were to use that same login in Impulse.
Impulse is just actually a replacement to SDC like SDC was the replacement to Component Manager.
