ME or Friends Connecting to Entrichment With Apparent Version Errors

As the Title Surgests that my friend and my self when trying to connect to eatch others game we get an error stating that the version is wrong as far as i rember the version of entichment is 1.041 on the bottem bit of the screen and thats updated though impulse any one got any idear what i can do to fix this?

Problem is that i know my friend is running exactly the same version number could be found that when low internet speed can also affect this since hes internet as run out for the month and has to wait for new month to start but seems to play online with others with out trouble.
