I have yet to pre-order it yet as my buddies and I are still playing entrenchment and not everyone has 10 bucks to drop on a new game. Anyways my question is will Diplomacy allow a player to give another player ships or planets? It makes sense that if you can give money you can also give property.
at present in the beta the ONLY things that can be transfered is money, metal and crystal. from what I have seen the main differences are to benefit alliances and the forming of alliances

There was a thread a long time ago (maybe a year?) on what things people wanted to see in Diplomacy. I put in trading of ships, planets, tactical and logistics slots, etc. Hell, even things like borrowing or leasing, etc. Apparently none of it made it into the expansion.
Thats a bummer, It would be a huge bonus to give an ally a cap ship or something. I didn't think about it before but the idea of logistical slots would be awesome as well.
