Displaying Planet names

as a tool tip when hovering over stars?

Juuust a quick question, am I going nuts, or is there an option or a setting that when you hover over the star, the planets within the system display? The names? I saw that in the first game I played and notice it isn't doing that now... Not that I need it per se, I have the display names turned on so when I zome out I see it, but I was curious.

When you are in game, go to options and then just click till you see it, I know which one it is, but not on top of my head

Holding the Alt key also shows hull/shield/antimatter bars, orders being executed (both movement and attack), attack and ability ranges, planet names, gravity wells (both the minimum distance required to enter phase space and the furthest you can order your ships to move) and the tactical grid.
