Impulse registration of Demigod

I cant registrate key of Demigod in Impulse but activation of game was sucsessful after update the game. I copypaste my key what I type in activation code of gam and move them into registration in Impulse but it type what my serial key was wrong or email was wrong. ref 204. And i cant play in the Internet because I cant registrate Demigod in Impulse. I write about that trouble in Stardock support yesterday but maybe this trouble dont in key but in the Impulse.
