Crap I suck

Crap I suck

Okay, so I bought the game and beat tournament on hard with every dg and thought I was ready for noobish multiplayer.  Well I'm not,  I played like 8 games so far and I've won 2 (first game was a premade that almost turned me off too multiplayer all together).  Most games go with other DG's either flaming for dying or not backing them up...and dying.  Needless to say the veteran community I've played with so far is not very helpful(there are exceptions), so far all I've heard is "you suck" or "stop dying" but nothing along the lines of "Don't do X" or "Attack x player first" and more along the lines of "What are you doing da" (which is either demon assasin or dumbass I guess in this situation either fits) or "stop sucking".

Basically I'm looking for noobish advice on this matter.  If anyone has played a match with me please tell me what Im doing wrong and I'll put fourth an effort to correct it.  Apparantly I excell at FPS's but Im farming materiial in DG.

eh, personal preference to a point, but here's my reasoning:

1. Hopefully you have a good player playing UB on your team, since he's so good if played right.

2. He is very powerful, but is easier to die with than say, Sedna.

3. Fewer other people will want Sedna, so as a noob you can be Sedna fairly consistently.

4. She has monks, learning how to play with them/hold lanes with monks is good practice for playing an assassin later (if you choose to).

Going UB would also be a fine choice, but I honestly advise him to go one of the top three generals first. But any of those four would be fine.

Well I stopped playing with DA for the moment and started playing Tb last night.  Its worked out much better so far,  I think I've won around 50% of the matches I've played with him.  In addition now that I know how to check players stats in the lobby I'm avoiding games with stacked teams.  The teams don't have to be perfect but at least an effort be made to level the playing field.

My win% still sucks but its improving and I guess thats all I can ask for.  Thanks for the help and hopefully I'll see a couple of you in the game.

Once you're able to win tournaments on hard consistently you should be able to get a 40-50% win rate (50-60 if you use top tier demigods)
