I keep getting a newsletter even though I've unsubscribed from them all using the link that came with the news letter.
I was having a similalr issue, sent Stardock the url that came with the newsletter, that seem to have solved it for now,
you may want to try contacting Stardock customer service.

Mike, I have the same thing. I keep getting Spam from Stardock and when I follow the link to unsubsubscribe, there is nothing checked to unsubscribe to. This is really not cool -- I was a happy customer, why would you annoy your customers like this? Any help appreciated (spam NOT appreciated).

Kirk: I assure you I had no intentions of annoying you. You should no longer receive any email, promotional or otherwise

Parijat: are you referring to the Assassin's Creed Mailer? If so, it looks like it mistakenly got sent before referring to the Do-not-mail list. Shouldn't be an issue with future mailings.
