Fences and Fences Pro Showing Both as Installed

My computer and Impulse are both showing that I have Fences, and Fences Pro Installed, is this possible, can I remove Fences without messing up Fences Pro, has anyone had this problem, I have cpu issues, and it appears to be when I designate the fences to be locked. It goes to 100% on explorer, but if I unlock the fences, it drops back to typica 4% idle rate.

This is just a limitation of Impulse.  As Fences Pro and Fences share the same filenames Impulse will always show that Fences is installed when Fences Pro is installed.

Ok, Thank you for the very quick reply. I was debating if I should remove the free version, will it mess up the pro installation? Also I seem to have a bug....Do not know if this is the right place for it, but here goes. I have been having a issue with my explorer.exe going to like 100% on cpu usage, and after working on many things, I tracked down to having my fences set in the locked position setting, god knows why, but since I took it off the locked setting, I have not had the max cpu issue.

Got any ideas?

Thanks for your time.....

Hey JSV. I wouldn't recommend uninstalling the free version ; when you next update Pro, it should remove the Free version from appearing as installed. Let me know if it doesn't. You're on XP, 32bit right?

Regarding the locked setting, that is interesting. I'll have our guys take a look at that. If you turn locking back on, does the problem resume? If so, does it go back up immediatly, or only after something happens (such as mouseovering a specific fence, or triggering quickhide, etc)

Thanks...
