How do you unlock Oculus and Deamon Assasin for single player?
for DA:
go log into multiplsayer and host a game select DA and then go back to singleplayer, you should be able to choose it- if not then repeat the proces
for oculus: read the freakin journals! 
Oculus has not been enabled yet for most players, so officially you can't play him (though AIs can).
There's a mod though that lets you play Oculus:
If it still isn't working, try running the game as Administrator then log into multiplayer. You should only have to do this once.
