Entrenchment not showing up in impulse after paying via paypal. HEEEELLLPP!!!

Okay,

I've had Sins since it came out, and tonight I bought entrenchment to give the game another go. I paid for it with paypal, and I have my payment receipt code. After that, I got the you need to download Impulse, because I  had recently installed win 7, I didn't have it on there any more. So I installed impulse, and everything looked good. Until, I don't see entrenchment ANYWHERE!!!! I start Sins, which is version 1.8.1 now, and even when I click on the link that says "get entrenchment" it takes me to the order now page. I don't want to pay for it again! I've looked everywhere, and not in a single place do I see the download option. Where is it?! What did I do wrong?! HEEEEELLLLPPP!!!

I paid with paypal too.

I think when you pay with paypal, you have to wait for the payment to go through before you can download. If you go to your paypal account, you might see that the payment still hasn't been subtracted. It might take a few days.

It should be instant pay. You have to go to your account and register entrenchment on impulse i think. did you get a serial key for it?

I dont know because i bought it off impulse when i already had the impulse client installed, and already had myself logged onto my account

See, that's the thing. Entrenchment doesn't show up anywhere on my impulse that I have, or at least I can't find it...... I've clicked on every tab, and looked at every button, but the closest I can get is going back to the buy it screen....

Stardock is pretty good about responding to people on these forums; I'm sure you'll get a response in this thread tomorrow.  You can also attempt to contact them on IRC if you know what that is.  They have an IRC server at irc.Stardock.com.  Go to channels #stardock and #impulse.

All I see for registration there is my sins + retail box that I bought at Wal-Mart. Yeah, I'm hoping that they'll respond to me, I think they will.... I just really wanted to play tonight:'(

I got Entrenchment today thru the Paypal thingy, and I was puzzled for a while about why it wasn;t showing up in impulse.

Anyway when I checked my email it said that if you use paypal, and your paypal account email doesnt match your impulse registration email, it doesnt automatically transfer across.

Anyway beneath that it gave instructions:

If your software does not show up automatically, you are logging in with a
different email address than above. You can register your serial number
manually by following these steps:

1) Go to the registrations area of Impulse by clicking the question mark near
the top right corner and selecting "Register a product with Impulse?".
2) Click the "Add Registration" button at the bottom of the window.
A. Copy and paste your serial number into the Serial Number field.
B. Enter the email address you used to place your order, as shown above.
C. If the Product Category and Product do not automatically change to the
correct product, change them as necessary.
D. Click "Add Registration".
3) Impulse should now display your software under the My Games or
My Software tab.
4) Select your software from the list and an Install button will appear in the
bottom right corner. Click Install and follow the prompts.
5) Impulse will download all the necessary files and install them to your hard
drive. Once this process is complete, click Run to launch the software or
use your Windows Start Menu as you would for any other application.
