Moving Start Panel Icons?

Having issues in a couple of areas.

Getting my left and right sections to fit is giving me fits.

The image below took an embarrassing amount of time to get the two center sections to line up. And as you can see, the All Progs section is not aligned.

I am not getting something about the use of the margins/painting options I think.

Second,

Is there a way to move the Icons on the right and or left sides of the Start Panel?

Getting close to smashing keyboard.

Or, punching my cat, Cyrus.

Anyway, any help would be great. Thanks.

yes  text margins.  yr allprogsback is misaligned make sure its the same width as the programs menu.

*and make sure you have changed the width and the height numbers to match your width and height of your starmenu sections..progams list, places list, ect.

*you change these in the extra tab (the extra tab is seen when you click on an image in skin studio) for example if you click on 'programs list" in the startmenu section of skin studio, tabs will come up for it, and extra is one of them.

hope this helps somewhat.

also in that same section you can adjust your painting margins so your image corners are not stretching like they are in that picture.

painting margins are found here:  skinstudio/edit startmenu and taskbar tab/click on startmenu then click on any of the major parts of that menu like programs list ect. a tab list pops up in this order:

image,glyph,painting margins,text,extra,layers,code editor,help.

just about all images have this. so you can alter stuff ect.

what painting margins are used for are so your image dosent stretch or become distorted, mostly you use them to cover corners ect, so nothing stretches. open up a skin from another user and check out where they have positioned their margins.
