Not so happy with your support and quite tired and pissed at the same time actually. Especially that I have to contact you again.

But this time I do it in the forum.

I have been having problem since the beginning with object dock because I was quite eager to try it. Nowhere did I see that I had to use it on my home computer only (maybe because I was too eager). So I tried it directly after downloading, at work (night shifter at hotel). And then later installed at home (i dont remember exactly how). Then ofcourse the problem with all those windows popping up EVERY TIME i TURN ON MY COMPUTER, I think it is 4 windows that pops up. I was patient for some months but then I was about to get Craaaazy.

I contacted you because I wanted to just wipe it off my computer, I was using Rocket dock instead, the free dock.

You sent me a little program that you said would take care of that. It didnt work. So I started cursing, bringing the sledge and such.

Took some more months. Contacted you again or just downloaded a new version and somehow got a new serial number (from retrival/support page I guess).

That didnt work either.

Now I try the retrive a new serial number again but non of my emails generate a new serial number ?

I am so tired of this now and sure the new version would be nice maybe, but can you please for G sake at least tell me how to get rid of the stuff !!??

And if I would like to get the problem solved, how do I do it ? If I want to search my email, what word should I search for to get the emails I got when buying it from you ? Object dock ? Stardock ? something else ? Once I remember I did put in a serial number in the popup, but after that it still didnt work. Still get the same awful 4-5 popups at every startup.....

try this....got to wincustomize.com...log in......on the black banner at the top click on "Home"........ then on the right side of the home page above where it says Citizen mix624 click settings.......on the orange tab at the end called "Registrations" you'll find any software connected to your user name as well as the serial numbers for them.

Hi,

Ok I could loginn but there is nothing (it only says impulse), I wish I could find something in my mail. I have about 4 different hotmail adresses. I don't think this was the adress I bought with, this is the address I just recently downloaded fences with, I think. It was more then a year I bought it and since all the problems started I think I have forgotten which email address it was. Problem is that the system at stardock seems to have fortgotten me too...............because it is not finding any email address when I try to go through the serial number retrival process....

if you have forgotten your email there might not be much they can do although they may be able to look at your login name and connect you to your accounts...but calm down buddy...it seems like you may not be as computer savvy as others here so we will help with whatever we can help with. Impulse really should link you right up after you get the email thing situated, youll see how easy it really is :thumbsup:

How is it Stardock or Wincustomize that are at fault when you don't have your shit together at all. You paid for the software so it's your responsibility to keep track of the email you used.

It's not a matter of being computer savy as much as it is a matter of taking responsibility for your own information. Once you get that under control then you can get the correct setup. Get your own shit together before you start blaming Stardock.

I'm pretty sure I found you in the customer database, but will need additional information to verify that for sure.
