The AI could be stronger that is true. Though I prefer to play Demigod in single player.I like to play risky and that is not good for team games in multiplayer.There I would have to play much more defensive as it is a big problem if you feed the enemy. In addition it is much harder to kill enemy demigods. I prefer fun matches where the result is not important but only the fun. So I play single player where I do not have to bother about my team members.

You might have to play a MP game first with DA. From the way it looks, it only does the check when you try to play him in MP. Everyone having problems, host or join a game as DA then try SP again.

Just won a game in multiplayer 3v3 using DA. Had also a teammate and opponent that were using DA.

 

Unavaialble for Skirmish but can be used in Tournement.

Why is it available in Pantheon?  I thought these weren't released yet?

If I don't have the mod, why can I join a Pantheon 2v2, when there are 2 DA's?

Just played against one as Oak, and while I was shielded, teleported back to my cit for health, but DA swapped places and left me at the portal I was trying to capture and sending him to my cit to die.

If you're unable to select the Demon Assassin in single player, try running Demigod once as admin.  Then check to see if you can select him for single player.

The most serious problem the character has now is that he is impossible to see in a big fight.  In a 4v4, forget about it, he's practically invisible, and after a warp attack or two, he's lost forever.
