WORKSPACE PROBLEM

please can some one help

I have a large theme in which the top and bottom inch of the screen is reserved using the worksapce setting

My problem is when loading after a pc restart the objects realign themselves as if the screen resolution has changed. I have to reload,resart or laod a different theme and then reload th proper one before everything behaves. I have tried checking and unchecking the automatic position adjustment and it makes no difference. I cannot figure it out.

It only seems to happen when the computer is booted from off. If I restart desktop x once everything is behaving it works fine.
