100% repro crash on fresh install of Demigod

Hi all.

     I just installed Demigod after getting the half off deal. I'm able to create a profile and get to the screen where I can select my demigod just before launching the map. As I launch the map or a bit before I try to launch it, it crashes and sends me to the debugger. The last line is:

This has happened using skirmish and tourney and after a full restart of my machine. I also verifed the files once. As far as I can tell, I can't play the game in any way which is sad. :(

I'm also running windows 7 64bit with a 8800 GTS. Also dual core pentium chip if it helps.

I just got a new rig together with 64 bit Windows 7, a Core I7 920, and a GTX 275 and I'm having the exact same crash.  I also just did a fresh reinstall of Demigod.

Immediately after the crash, please close Demigod and follow this link in Internet Explorer to gather log files:

http://sd.stardock.com/Demigod_report.zip

Save the file, run it, and attach the .zip file (located under YOUR USERNAME\My Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Demigod\report) it generates to an e-mail to support@stardock.com 


Some email services restrict .zip attachments.  If your email won't allow you to send the file, simply change the file extension from .zip to .zzz, and it should send without issues.
