Faulty autocasting ability

I couldn't find a specific post for errors so I just posted it here.  I have the latest version of entrenchment.  1.04 and I think I have the hot fixes because impulse says it's fully updated.  SO, anyways the problem I've noticed is that the vasari nano-weapon jammer and the advent antimatter restorer structure autocast as soon as they have enough antimatter even if there are no enemy units in the gravity well.  Just an fyi
