Add sound to start button

from Stardock Forums

I cant seem to find any info on this: I want to add custom sounds (audio) to my start button when moused overe and pressed. Is this possible?

I wonder if there are any third party apps for PC's that would allow this. I know that Wizbar Advance for Pocket PC's and smartphones allows sounds and clicks on the startbutton.

That would be COOL to DO sound for the Star Menu

Hopefully, some coding genius can eventually figure out a way to get SKS to add sound on the Start menu
