Animated startbutton

Ok, first off, this will be my first time trying to animate. I currently own Photoshop CS2 and skinstudio 6 pro. I want to create a complex animated start button.  I dont simply want to create a startbutton with only one image for mouseover, pushed, focused, etc. My goal is to create a start button that as I mouseover it, has smoothly flowing, glowing, energy beams swirling around it while the button is rotating. I would appreciate any simplistic instructions on how to do so. I do not need help with drawing as I am pretty well at that part ;).

Think you've already established how good u are at drawing, you mention it in every post  :beer:   :sun:

Dang! He'd have to be good at drawing to pull off something like that! :X
