I'm just curious it says If I Pre-order the game, before the end of September I can participate in the beta, does that mean I will have access to all the beta's or just this early one, and If I choose to get the CD version is It just mailed to me upon release?

and the physical copy will be sent around the time of release, I don't know exactly when. If you don't preorder before the end of this month though, you won't be able to get into the beta until the second is released (from what I hear it's quite a ways away - months?)
