Can't reinstall Entrenchment

MODERATOR PLEASE DELETE - problem has been solved by customer support.
I own Entrenchment and had it installed on two computers. Since then my desktop hard drive died and I need to reinstall my games. I installed Impulse and downloaded my games, but Entrenchment doesn't show up as available. I tried adding the code and it refuses to accept it.
