Element Failed payment

Hello there,

 

I'm sorry to bother you but i have pre-ordered elemental like months ago and, like a looot of people here, waited for the beta in agony and expectation.

Sadly, no beta for me as i opened my mailbox and saw, instead of the happy mail with the beta-key, a Failed payment notification. And that's strange because i checked earlier and my bank account is loaded enough for the payment to happen.

 

So, what have i to do in order to make my payment validated and to who should i send a mail at stardock with my credit card details ?

I would send an email to sales@Stardock.com.  Give them all the information that you have including the Failed Payment Notification.  Double check to make sure that the financial information originally given is/was correct, sometimes we don't always type in the correct numbers, it happens. :sun:

I had the same failed preorder. The reason is impulse upped the price from $50 to $60. Now I don't have the money in my account to pay till friday next week. But $60 is way too much I might just try the Demo version first if you know what I mean?

Goddamnit, that's sneaky.

I'd be tempted to do the same as it's scandalous to up the price without even sending a mail to thoses who preordered. I'll still add some founds and buy it anyway but i must say that i am VERY disappointed if what you say is true, mojoman.

 

And i know what you mean, but not this time. I want it :drools:

 

EDIT: still put at 34.76€ in my watch captain. And it doesn't solve the problem as i have 38€ on my account and it wasn't validated. I think i've read something about stardock having a problem with visa credit card.

 

Could someone confirm ?

I have worked it out. The preorder price was In US$ but the $59.45 Is actually in AUD$. It had me confused and others too.

Ok, i found out why my payment was refused. As told earlier, the game is at 34.70€ but with thoses horribles taxes, it goes up to 41€...

 

Awful isn't it ?

 

Well anyways, what i have to do now ? Send back my credit card informations at sales@stardock.com ?

Did yesterday and i'm waiting for a reply...

During that time i loaded my account. Now i'm ready to face any payment ! :p
