Actually, I received serial # for Elemental and registered on Impulse but ... I do not see the game listed yet.
Update: Yes, software is there. You need to select "Show Pre-Release Versions" under Preferences in Impulse.

Nothing here...... nothing at all. Beginning to wonder if I actually pre-ordered, botched it once before with GC2.......
They are processing the orders at the moment. It's going to take a few hours, so it's pot luck when you get it.
Got the email, but not the one I would have liked. My credit card got renewed between springtime pre-order and now. So, I just got: "Stardock Store Failed Payment Notification".
Well, new order in and waiting for the next email 
Btw. why did I not get the beta key immediately with the new order like e.g. with the Demigod pre-order when the beta was ongoing ?
I DO have received the mail, but to say me that the charge on my card has failed. 
I pre-ordered in November, but I don´t give up and have just pre-ordered again but with a Visa.
Let see how many time I must wait until the queue reach my new order...

My CC also expired...on 8/31!!!!...got new preorder in now, hope they let me in

Don't worry tough. The weekend is so close I can almost taste it. Yummy!
I guess there is quite a long queue of emails going out, probably better to catch some sleep while the messages pour out as it's already past 11pm here

I don't know why has failed with my Master, I have already used it abroad without problem.
Only hope the Visa works, otherwise the weekend will not be as good as I would like.
Have you received the GOOD mail?

Correction. I guess I pre-ordered in January--that's when I registered on the forums and I did them on the same day.
If Visa fails (I hope not), try the MasterCard again maybe? 
In any case, think that you won't be missing much the first days it's just a computer test with not too much content (altough I'm finding it fun with what we got.. Er.. not trying to hurt feelings or anything, sorry).
I managed to crash my browser three times by refreshing to check for that elusive email, and its still not there.
Arrived and downloading now (7.2%). If years were minutes, I'd only be minutes away from uber flying ships...
