You know, I don't think we appreciate just how lucky we are. There are so many sites out there, but how many do you know have first class support teams all over the forums?

We have the massive technical expertise of Shirley, Dash and Gargabee. Developers Neil Banfield and JMB1984 and their huge depth of knowledge. The incredibly helpful MeliBee from sales. Gaming expert Kryo. And the awful poetry of Rosco_P...!

And on top of that, we have all the site members who bend over backwards to help as much as they can.

So a big thanks to all of you for making this the best place on the internet :thumbsup:

I've never had to use the services of SD Support... well not directly.  Just goes to show how darned good the software is, how well the folk at SD HQ do their jobs.

I'd venture to say, however, if I ever need to use the service, that I'd be well treated and be more than happy with it.
