Explorer Backgrounds - Windows 7 - cannot change from white

I'm running Windows Vista 7 Pro, Window Blinds 7.0 build 191

I've enabled "I want skins to be able to apply textures to the back of explorer windows".

I've made my own skins with Skin Studio, as well as tried default ones that show explorer backgrounds, but no matter what my explorer windows remain white.

Rebooting, logging in/out, killing explorer.exe - nothing seems to fix it.

Any ideas?

Opps - sorry late nite post (been reading too many posts about Vista).

Subject line is correct - its Windows 7 Pro, not Vista.

I just updated to the new WB7 build 203 beta - and it is fantastic.

Explorer backgrounds and transparencies working 100% in Windows 7 Professional - and love the new Stardock-bundled skins.

Great work guys!

I'm actually having this same problem.  I've just updated to the new WB7 build, and although I can see the option for explorer backgrounds when I use the new interface, and they do show up in the preview window, when I "Apply Changes," the explorer windows stay white and opaque.  I've really missed the explorer backgrounds since I've been using Win7/WB7, so I was a little bummed when they still didn't work, even though the option is there now.  Still, I know it's a work in progress, and I'm thrilled to be able to use WB on Win7 -- I'm sure the kinks will get worked out eventually.

There is a known issue on Windows 7 64 bit where they do not work in the beta.  We have fixed this internally and the next update should hopefully resolve this.

I updated to the latest beta just now, and it did indeed fix this issue.  I now have perfectly skinned explorer backgrounds!

Thanks!
