IP language interface

Hello, I downloaded the latest trial version of IP, and I'm very interested in eventually purchasing it when Windows 7 is officially released, but first I need to know if there is a way to change the interface language.

 

As far as I know, I downloaded and installed the English version, but my location (within Windows 7 RC1) is set to Japan.  OS language is ENglish, but with optional Japanese input and display options.  Once installed IP will only display in Japanese...  very annoying!  Within IP settings, there is an option to change the interface language, but my only options are Default(nothing changes) Japanese and ?ITALIAN?  Why?  Is there any way to fix this?

In the IconPackager program directroy, there should be a \lang directroy with the language files in it.  Change the name of English.lng to default.lng.  This should put it back to English.

I have found the folder, and am missing the English.lng file, but you have definitely pointed me in the right direction, thank you.  Now I just have to go about finding a replacement...
