Object dock plus / Dell dock "grouping"

how do i get this feature in OD+? i think the stardock Dell Dock is great for this feature alone and would prefer it but i dont have a dell computer, as i use more than 1 browser it could be REALLY useful, just need to know how to get it working..  basically id like it to work the same way as the dell dock where you have 1 icon on the dock then when you hover over it an icon for say IE,firefox and chrome appear beneath.. thanks for any help

The exact thing you are looking to do doesn't exist in ObjectDock Plus, but there is a similar feature that might just work for you.

-Right-click on your dock.
-Select Add -> New Custom 'Flyout Menu' (You may need to select the 'This Dock' item first)
-Select 'Custom menu:'
-Click Add -> New Shortcut
-Click 'Browse', and find the program you want to add.
-Name the entry, click 'Change Image' to assign an icon, and click OK.
-Add as many shortcuts as you want.
-Assign a name and an image to your Flyout menu, and click OK.

When you click the new icon, it will open up a rotating menu of all the shortcuts you added.
