Next Sins Expansion?

I remember reading a while back that Stardock planned on 3 expansions for Sins. The first, Entrenchment (obviously already out) was to focus on defense, the 2nd on diplomacy (rumored), and the third was not revealed. Just curious if anyone has heard any news, or more likely rumors, regarding the next two?

If you look on the PAX page that stardock put up it says Sins: Diplomacy comes out in 1Q 2010, it also says it is the final micro-expansion.

^ But that won't be the last of Sins updates, the third pack of content will most likely be a little more expensive, with plenty of more content than the ones before it. There's no way to know for sure, but I'm thinking we'll see a campaign and/or more big changes when it rolls out, but that will probably be quite a while from now (not that I'm complaining or anything).

Probably the third expansion will include the first two as well and sell in stores for $29 on a cd/dvd - That is unless they have a sequal in mind which would also be good.  My only complaint is that the content should be rolling out a little faster if these are only "micro" expansions....

It's also just another micro-expansion, which is a little bit of a let down as a full expansion pack would be more enjoyable.

If they ever did a real expansion it would have to include something like a new faction or campaign, rather than just extra units.

what I would like to see them do, is maybe take the 5 most popular mods, make sure everything is good with them and bundle them up for a small fee.

just my 2 cents

Before Stardock makes another expansion they need to sort out a major flaw in entrenchment. They probably wont because they're money hungry. I play the original sins and will never buy any of the expansions. This means i cant play an online game because everybody has entenchment. Entrenchment players should be able to join original sins games and be able to host original sins games with one simple click.

Entrenchment players CAN choose between original or expansion pack versions to host!  If you meant going back and forth without restarting then I would agree.

The obvious problem with going back and forth without restarting is that the units aren't the same stats.  There were changes to vanilla sins units in entrenchment, so you'd have to keep an entire duplicate library of units, instead of just graying out certain ones.  Supreme Commander and Forged alliance run the same way.
