Stardock Support? Deskscape Freezes, After Games, After Screensaver, After.....

I have read dozens of posts about deskscapes freezing after games, and after this that and the other thing, but I have not seen any real solutions being posted.  Is there ANYONE from Stardock who knows what is going on with this that can answer these issues?  It is rediculous that I paid for this product, but when I wanted to get it they said I had to install some CRAP Called IMPULSE, so I could get the product, then the GOOBS at Impulse spam me every week with some garbage about Weekend Impulse buys, truse me fellows you won't get another penny from me until someone steps up and fixes the first problem you sold me.

I use 3D screensavers, and play 3D games, and both make the deskscapes stop, go black, or generally mis-behave.  I have updated my video driver to the latest version in the hopes that this would solve the issue, but updates did nothing to solve the problem StarDuck sold me.

STARDOCK SUPPORT WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?

Sure am glad you got my money because if I could I would cancel that sale it wasn't worth the $20.

STARDOCK SUPPORT WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?

End of quote

off for the weekend

did you put in a ticket?

if so, did you get an auto reply?  check your spam?

bear in mind, the forums are basically user supported - users helping users

so basically a whiney ass tirade won't get you much unless you also throw in some petulantly relevent info such as:

What OS including services packs?

What system specs?

What version number of Deskscapes?

Why have you not clicked the 'Manage Email Subscriptions' link at the bottom of the spam the goobs been sending, so they'll stop?

There is a Stardock Support category in the forums that you probably should have posted this to.

You may not be aware of it but the forums are not the means for getting 'official' support from Stardock.  Help at time can be found her from the members of the community and it times a Stardock Rep may post a reply.

The way to get official support from Stardock is by emailing them at support@stardock.com and starting a support ticket.  This way your problem can get into the hands of the right people that will be able to help you.

What is the OS you are running?

What video card are you running?

I'm sure you are aware of that no matter hard you try some programs just won't work or play well with each other.

EDIT: Looks like Bichur got in before me, but as you can more information about you computer may help solve the problem

DeskScapes is designed to pause when full screen applications are running in order to not hinder their performacne (mainly for games).  Once DeskScapes detects that the application exits full screen, it should resume.  Unfortunately, if the application terminates in an unusual way, it can prevent DeskScapes from resuming, as DeskScapes will still think the full screen application is running.  A good way to test if this is the case is to launch and maximize any window and then close it.  Another would be to alt-tab out of the application to the Desktop.  If DeskScapes resumes correctly, then the problem is most likely with the full screening application exiting incorrectly.
