What happened to " User Levels"?

I don't see the user levels anywhere on my profile or other profiles... is it a matter of time or is that another feature that will be changed?

I don't see any stat tabs in my profile.
In 'personal info' there is no user level under "Vital Stats".
Where is the stats tab?

from your wincustomize site, click on stats.

and

if you wish to change your title, you will have to go to old WC site or you will have to wait because this feature is about implemented for new site in few day

Thank you for your reply, Sir Black Xero.

I posted this question at the old WC and got a flurry of replies and found out that in order to view the stats one had to create the personalized WC site.

I decided to stay at the old site until this one was completely finished and just happened to drop by to see how things were going.

I have a few of questions,

1- Still wondering where the "User Levels" can be viewed.... they were a selling point at the old WC under WC subscription info. I found the ubiquitous "ranks", but those mean little to me as I am not a skinner. BTW, I looked under the stats tab and didn't see user levels.

2- What is the "access" digit for?

3- How do I find "my posts"? I sometimes refer to those when fixing a problem.
