just out of curiosity, does anyone know how much this game downloads per match. Im soon to be capped and just wondering how long 170 meg of downloads would last me in a game like this.
I imagine it would depend heavily on how long the game lasted, which is highly variable in my experience.
I didn't know there was a place in the world where they didn't offer unlimited internet for an insanely cheap price.
Most ISP's in Australia, for example, offer limited downloads - say, 20-25gb download limit - where by once you go over your download limit your speed is capped, usually to just above dial up speeds. It's pretty common in my experience.
What ZehDon said, or in other cases, once you go over your cap you have to pay ~0.15c (depending on ISP) per MB you go over...
Australia is one of these technological backwaters.
Actually, the only country I can think of that does offer unlimited bandwidth plans is the USA.
My cap (New Zealand) is 10GB per two months, then it rolls over.
And Demigod seems to use up quite a bit of it in my experience.
hopefully its not too too much. but im assuming if u say u lose dowloads quite fast due to this game then im guessing i wont last long on 170 meg left?

And even that is starting to change. Time Warner is testing caps in some markets. Comcast also has a cap, though it is a fairly generous one ... for now.
