Is you subscription of Object Desktop Ultimate still current?

If so then click on the Impulse icon in the upper left hand corner and make sure you have show pre-release versions marked.  If that doesn't work then click preferences and then click reset data and follow the prompts and let that run,  If that doesn't work then I would email support@stardock.com.

Okay, the Mail is written. But one question. Does the support anything cost? I'm always angry, in so things.... :-\

The support does not cost. Stardock support will return to work on Monday morning and will get to your issue as soon as possible.  If you could post your Trouble Ticket number here, they will have this post as another means to pass on information.

If you're having registration errors like this and you're absolutely sure you have a current Object Desktop Subscription, reset data through Impulse.  This is under Impulse Orb > Preferences > Reset Data.

I have the same issue and have emailed support. My subscription is good till late 2010, so that's not the problem... Reset doesn't work. I hope support can fix it.

i had to reset 4-6 times with  a couple of 'check or updates' thrown in between for 7 to show

if that doesn't work:

This is something we're looking into internally, and can be caused by a few things.  The most common fix is to reset data in Impulse.  If this does not work for you, you can try shift-clicking on the help orb in the upper right of the Impulse UI. This will now show the option to show the Public XMLs folder.  Select this option, and in the folder fine the file "odntbasic.xml" and delete it. Once you do this, close this window, and back in Impulse hit the F5 key.  If all this fails, please e-mail support@stardock.com.

Also, please keep in mind this only affects the beta versions.  You will not encounter this with the full, production versions.  I would suggest if you are looking to stay away from glitches, that you not use the beta software.
