Damaged CD

Help Trashed CD

Has anyone had any luck getting a replacement disc from Stardock?  My disc got trashed by the fine baggage handlers at American Airlines.  I have registered and have the key but have not received a reply from anyone at stardock when I emailed them.

You could just use Impulse and download it.  As for a replacement, I'd don't know.  Just email support@stardock.com

Since you have the serial number, you can use Impulse to download the game to get you going for now. You can email sales@stardock.com to inquire about a new disc.

First, if you have not already done so, download and install Impulse from here: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe

Sign in with your Stardock.net account and then click the 'Register Product' button within the 'My Games' tab.

Enter in your serial and click 'Product Category'. If your serial is entered correctly it will auto fill in this section and the one below it. Click 'Add Registration'. The game should now show up under the 'My Games' tab. Double click it to start the download/install.

If you have already registered the game under a different account, you will have to sign in with that account and you can skip the process above of adding the registration.

Say what if I want a hard copy of the game, how would I go about getting one?
