check out the dev journals on the mainpage. they include the best info on that.

The only thing i can think of off the top of my head is mod tools being proposed... but i couldnt tell you if its actually going to be in 1.2, other than that probably more of the same, tweaks, bugs/exploits fixed, and possibly some changes to pantheon.
anything new about the release date for 1.2 ??
