Drag n Drop short cut Icons

I am runnign W7 RC1 64 bit for some reason I can not drag icons of shortcuts on my desk to to my tabed enry dock, I can create theme there manually but am unable to drag and drop them from desktop

Works for me using W7 64-bit also, strange.

It works on most just one or two of them would not work no big deal
