Servers Swamped?

Frequently around prime-time 5:00pm - 7:00pm central time, servers come to stand still, and it is near impossible to login/get into the lobby.....oddly at about the same time the forums get also stop responding resonably (and it can take 1min+ to load pages)..are you guys actually hosting the webserver/lobby servers on the same box? surely not....that would just be ..dumb..
