Sins of a Solar Empire - Entrenchment not showing up for download

I'm a bit confused.

I bought a retail copy of Sins of a Solar Empire in January and registered it. I then bought Entrenchment. I have both Sins of a Solar Empire and Entrenchment installed on my main PC, but I also use a laptop. I open my Impulse account on the laptop and I can download Sins of a Solar Empire, but I cannot download Entrenchment. The option is just not there. I've also tried re-registering my serial code for it. Sins is up to date on the laptop as well obviously with being re-downloaded, so that's not an issue.

It's not a big issue right now because I can still play Entrenchment on the PC, but I'm concerned that when/if I have to delete the Impulse client for whatever reason, I won't be able to re-download it and will have to pay again. Like I said, it's not a big issue 'at the moment' and I don't want to play it on the laptop (probably wouldn't run anyway). I'm just curious and worried about why it's not in my games list.

email impulse support and they can check the registraions.  there is probably something out of sync with the email addresses connected to the account.

It looks like you purchased Entrenchment using a different email than what your account is registered under. You can use the following tool to transfer the registration to youor main account.

You are going to transfer from the email that was used to purchase the game to the email which your main account is under. Once this is done you will have proper access to the game. If you are unable to do this or need further help, please send an email to support@stardock.com. Be sure to include the email addresses in question.

Thanks for the replies.

I've never had more than one account but what I did do is change some account details a few months ago. Can't remember what I changed but it was something like my email or username. So I guess that's what caused it.

I'll try what was suggested and see if it helps. If not, I'll email support.
